Unwarranted GPS Tracking coming to a neighbour near you

Well our brothers and sisters down south may be moving a little faster than us but as with many things we often follow suit not far behind.  On the table is another proposed measure to now give police the power to place gps tracking devices on your vehicle without warrant.  Of course this will be only be used to track criminal activity.  One more step towards true democracy.  When this passes in the States it won't be long before it comes into effect here.
